Delivery Information

The software we use for our web order processing will take payment for your goods at time of ordering, however with the geographic nature of the stock we aim to deliver all orders within 14 working days of payment being taken. If you have placed an order that has an out of stock item we will dispatch your order 14 working days once the item has arrived back into stock. To ensure that you receive our emails, please add web@monkhouse.com to your safe senders list.

We charge postage within the UK according to the basket value -

£0.01 to £10.00 is £2.99 inc VAT
£10.01-£85 is £6.99 inc VAT
£85.01 and over is Free Delivery

International Orders

Postage outside the UK differs depending on weight, size and value of the parcel. Should you require postage outside the UK, please place your order and we will contact you with a quote when your parcel is ready to despatch.

Parcels Requiring a Signature

Please note, any purchase with the value of £50 and over will require a signature upon delivery. A purchase of a blazer will also require a signature. If you know that nobody will be available at your home address to sign for a parcel, we are happy to post to an alternative address of your choice which you can select before you complete your purchase.
