At Monkhouse we know how important it is to find the right size school uniform for your child. Our size guides are designed to help assist you with measuring your child for each individual garment, and then also offer some advice on how it should fit when worn to help you to make sure that you have purchased the correct size.

To find the right size for your child you will need five key measurements, these include the chest, waist, height, inside leg and collar. Advice on how to take these measurements is given in our easy and quick size guide videos, all you need is a tape measure which can be used to take measurements around the body.

To establish the correct sizes:

Measure the actual body measurements as this is far more accurate than measuring over your clothes. If you intend on shopping without the child then it is advisable you have a note of these on you.

Waist measurements can vary for each age group. Measure child to obtain actual size. Length to be from waist to where the hem should finish.
